MGL NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND DIVIDEND POLICY UPDATE

The Board of Directors of Mayberry Group Ltd. wishes to advise that at meeting held on July 31, 2024, an ordinary dividend of J$0.125 per share was approved.  This dividend will be made payable on Friday, August 30, 2024 to shareholders on record at August 16, 2024. The ex-div date is August 16, 2024. In addition, the Board has approved a Dividend Policy that indicates an intent to pay quarterly dividends.
