Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (MDS) is pleased to announce that, effective August 13, 2024, Mrs. Sheree Martin was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mrs. Martin has also been appointed as a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Compensation and Human Resources Committee.
MDS also wishes to advise that Mr. Christopher Williams has been appointed as Mentor to the Board of Directors, with an effective date of August 13, 2024.
