payment of Five Hundred and Eighty-One Thousand Six Hundred and Eight United
States Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents (US$581,608.84) or 0.236849315068493
United States Cents per share/stock on the Class F Preference Shares of the
Company payable on 21st day of June, 2024 to share/stockholders on record at
close of business on the 14th day of June, 2024. This amount will be distributed out
of retained earnings.
