RESOLVED that this Board HEREBY APPROVES a Class F Preference Share dividend payment of Five Hundred and Eighty-Eight Thousand Eight United States Dollars and Fourteen Cents (US$588,000.14) or 0.239452054794521 United States Cents per share/stock on the Class F Preference Shares of the Company payable on August 30, 2024 to share/stockholders on record at close of business on the 19^th day of August 2024. This amount will be distributed out of retained earnings.
