As per the JSE Junior Market Rule Appendix 2, Part 4(4) – Communication of Amendment to Financial Statements – we hereby submit the following for the period ending June 30, 2023
iCreate Limited ‘ICREATE’ wishes to advise of following changes to the Interim Financial Report for the period ending June 30, 2023:
1. Statement of Comprehensive Income – the second quarter’s results were adjusted to account for the changes in the first quarter’s results, which were also revised. Note that the year-to-date results remained unchanged.
2. Statement of Changes in Equity – the format was amended to show the prior year comparative period (June 30, 2022), instead of the prior full year (December 31, 2022).
