EduFocal Limited (LEARN) wishes to advise that Ms. Fonnique Richardson the CFO of EduFocal Limited has resigned effective 28 June 2024.
The resignation of Ms. Richardson, is not related to any disagreements with the company, it’s board of directors, policy positions or issues related to the audit or financial statements.
Ms. Richardson has been a valuable and respected member of EduFocal Ltd and the executive team. EduFocal thanks her for the dedication and commitment that she has displayed over time with the company.
