Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (MDS) wishes to advise that there will be a delay in the publication of the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, due to outstanding audit items to be completed at its subsidiary.
The expected date for the submission of the Audited Financial Statements is by or before June 28, 2024.
