Following our previous announcement on March 18, 2024, regarding Mrs. Nerisha Davis-Farquharson’s resignation from the Board of Directors, Access Financial Services Limited (AFS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Johann Heaven as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
This appointment is subject to regulatory approval from the Bank of Jamaica.
