RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1¾% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” of the Company be and hereby is declared payable on the 31st December 2024 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31st December, 2023 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “B” shareholders on record at the close of business on the 13th day of December 2024 will be paid at a rate of $0.035 per unit.
RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1¼% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” of the Company be and hereby is declared payable on the 31st December 2024 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31st December, 2023 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “C” shareholders on record at the close of business on the 13th day of December, 2024. will be paid at a rate of $0.025 per unit.

RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1 ½ % on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” of the Company be and hereby is declared payable on the 31st December, 2024 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31st December, 2023 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “E” shareholders on record at the close of business on 13th day of December, 2024 will be paid at a rate of $0.030
