Please be advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of TransJamaican Highway Limited held on September 11, 2024, the Directors declared an interim dividend payment of JMD$0.0952 per share.
The payment will be made on October 24, 2024, to shareholders on record as at the close of business on October 2, 2024. The ex-dividend date is October 2, 2024.
